A Taste of 2NE1’s Fire

I like what I'm hearing! Unlike the song Lollipop, it's got an edgier feel to it and that's making me one happy camper because edgier songs + girl groups usually mean a sexy concept. Although a little premature to judge, so far I think it's loads better than Lollipop (sorry eunice). I turned off Lollipop in about 10 seconds while this 20 second teaser is making me crave for more. Goo Hye Sun’s Tango as a Manhwa

Goo Hye Sun's novel Tango is to be made into a manhwa (or manga or comic) with only minor details needing to be smoothed out. For the adaptation, they are in talks with a famous manhwa artist and are planning to release 4 volumes.



Tango tells the story of love and separation about a girl in her twenties and has been receiving praise from its readers. The book was Goo Hye Sun's first novel and went on sale April 1st, selling over 30,000 copies in its first week and remaining as a best seller in many bookstores. The book is garnering more attention for its illustrations which Goo Hye Sun personally drew and are half of which are being displayed on g-market.

In addition, Goo Hye Sun is set to appear on KBS 1TV's Nang Dok Ae Bal Gyun for a reading of her novel. The episode is to air May 12th.

Chae Yeon is set to start milling around the television programs in the second week of May and her first stop will be Kim Jung Eun's Chocolate. The MV will be directed by Clon's DJ Koo. This has club banger written all over it.

Korean Tony Montana, Joo Ji Hoon's wild drug party pictures have surfaced. This sweaty druggie is seen making out with a girl with black fuzz all over her eyes at a club. The once beloved actor was caught with drugs, using and abusing, and his career is now virtually over as far as the entertainment business is concerned. The party animal was said to been partying somewhere in Kangnam in these pictures and getting sky high since 2007.

Looks like he's having a great time giving the one-finger salute. His partying days are over.

Minho’s SHINee New Nose

The Seo In Young nose complex has struck SHINee's Minho and he's got a new nose. Yea yea what else is new? He didn't look like he really needed it. But if SM is paying, why not? Free nose jobs for celebs, regardless of age. Netizens are all aflurry with comments about the new nose. Leave the plastic faces alone.

The change doesn't seem that drastic and it was probably for some serious medical condition like a deviated septum....you know, because all singers need a good nose to sing. You sing with your nose.

LG WE START Poster News

Fans are anxiously awaiting actress Lee Yun Hee's new move after seeing the mysterious 'WE START' posters all over Korea in the past few days. Before debuting as an actress, her dream was to be a singer and she was even considered for Girls' Generation (for real). This WE START poster is seen throughout popular spots in Seoul such as Kangnam, MyungDong, Shin Chon and other nearby cities, which is gaining much interest and curiosity. Adding more to the bubbling curiosity is that there have not been any other information or related material, increasing anticipation.



Other featured celebrities include 'Boys Over Flowers' Kim Bum and child star, the nation's little brother, Yoo Seung Ho, MIA Super Junior member Kim Kibum, Lee Yeon Hee, Kim Minji, and everyone's favorite ice-cream girl, Choi Ara.

The celebs look stylish in colorful costumes, they have a youthful and bright look with bold poses. The photos show off the vivacious personalities of the three men and three women. And this is LG's answer to the Samsung AnyCall's Haptic Mission CF.

More information, including a teaser CF will begin its debut on May 2nd for Korea's LG Telecom. LG has stated that the new models of LG's new campaign is called "Rising Star." Basically, as a marketing gimmick, LG Telecom has dressed up CF pros in a Big Bang/2NE1 Lollipop fashion to create hype for the launch of some new ad to a yet unnamed phone. Nothing better than to continue the color concept.
