The annual Taiwanese "Golden Melody Awards" will be held on June 27th this year (right after their Music Bank appearance). It is the most renowned and recognized Chinese music awards. And with Super Junior's uprising fame, it's no surprise that they will be attending the ceremony as this is the second time they've been invited. Not only will they be making a appearance but they will be the only overseas based group attending. Now that's big!
Without a doubt, Super Junior themselves feel honored to have such an opportunity. One of the members said they are very happy and they will take this opportunity to thank all the fans in Taiwan. "Sorry, Sorry" has become a very big hit in Taiwan and with that, they will be performing that song at the awards.
The Golden Music Awards will be broadcasted by satellite TV from the east, to China, Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines and other Asian regions live.
