A behind the scenes video for Blood: The Last Vampire, starring Jun Ji Hyun (English Name: Gianna Jun), surfaced on the internet recently. Besides the behind the scenes footage, the video also contains on set interviews with Jun Ji Hyun (in English), director Chris Nahon, and action director Corey Yeun (in Chinese). In the interview Ji Hyun talks about her character (Saya), her rigorous training for the film, and how difficult it was shooting the action scenes for the movie.
It looks like Jun Ji Hyun took quite a few shots to the noggin. Poor Ji Hyun, just come by my place and I’ll make you forget about the pain (if you're loose, more pain if you're tight) for at least 10 minutes, maybe 20 minutes if you catch me on a good night.

Blood: The Last Vampire will be released in Japan on May 29th and in Korea on June 11th. It’ll then be released in the UK on June 12th and in France on June 17th. Sony Pictures Worldwide Acquisitions Group (SPWAG) is handling the U.S. distribution for the film and they still haven’t announced when it will be released in America.

The more I find out about this movie the more I want to see it. Even if it goes straight to DVD in the U.S., I’ll still watch it.
