Strongest Voice-Super Junior

As a member of KRY, there is no doubt that our Kyuhyun has one of the strongest vocals in SuJu, as well as amongst Korean pop artists in general.

His voice is so smooth and silky, I like to think of it as liquid chocolate.~ yummy.gif
More importantly though, he has amazing control over his voice that is actually consistent, especially during live performances, whether he is singing low notes or hitting a high falsetto. This seems to be a rare ability that only the best singers have. What astonishes me even more is that he makes it look effortless, even though it is definitely not easy.

For a bass, Kyuhyun has a surprising wide vocal range that can reach fairly high pitches, giving his voice versatility.
His tone is crystal clear, and has that ringing effect which leaves a strong impression in one's mind.
The texture of his voice is rich and has depth; his use of vibrato is balanced and never overdone.
The subtle inflections in his voice, the seamless shifts in dynamics (forte to piano and back) as he sings...
All of these elements add up to become something greater than its parts, something that is uniquely Kyu's voice.

As a bass, Kyu's voice is mellow and understated, unlike bright tenors that can easily be picked out of a group.
So unfortunately, Kyu's voice is sometimes underrated and really should deserve more credit that it is given.
But it is obvious that this heavenly voice is unprecedented, something to be treasured, revered, and celebrated.
I hope Kyu will continue to grow and develop as a singer, to make his mark in the Korean and international music industries in the future.

Please share your thoughts (and any examples if you like) on Kyu's wonderful voice. heart.gif
